Return conditions.

If you regret your purchase or are not satisfied, you may return the book and are entitled to a refund, subject to the following conditions:

• The customer has the right to return the book within 14 days of receipt (postmark date).

• Items can only be returned free of charge if they are in new condition.

• If the book is damaged, or shows folds, creases, or signs of use, it cannot be returned free of charge and no refund will be issued.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Upon receipt of the returned book, we will process the refund within 3 days.

• How to ship:

  • Pack the item in sturdy packaging material so that it is not damaged during shipping.

  • Enclose the packing slip or proof of payment, as well as your bank details to which we should process the refund.

  • Label the packaging with the return address:
